My Design Story

With over a decade of leading full-stack product design, I specialize in AI design, turning data and generative models into intuitive, human-centered experiences for both external customers and internal enterprise users. I move quickly from insight to rapid prototyping to shipping innovative concepts used by millions, and I love crafting beautiful, accessible interfaces that meaningfully improve everyday interactions

Current Role — GEICO 2025

At GEICO, I design AI-powered, customer-centric experiences across web and mobile, partnering with product, engineering, and data to evolve design systems, define interaction patterns, and rapidly prototype agentic/LLM workflows. I champion inclusive, responsible AI practices and research-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact for customers and internal teams.

Previously — Salesforce

In my role at Salesforce, I shaped the experience design landscape and crafted the experience strategy for pre-sales initiatives, with a strong focus on AI design. I aimed to ensure that every interaction with Salesforce is customer-centric, delivering the best possible experience to our customers. I drive innovation and customer-centric experiences while setting new standards for our team to incorporate design thinking and user research methods.

Before Salesforce — Globality

As Principal Product Designer at Globality, I led AI agent and conversational design across core and enterprise products. I owned end-to-end assistant experiences, codified dialog patterns and guardrails, and rapidly prototyped agentic workflows that simplified complex tasks. I elevated Design as a strategic partner and built an experimentation culture that accelerated delivery.

Earlier — Samsung

I began my career as a UX Designer at Samsung's R&D Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley. During my time there, I had the privilege of owning and contributing to several exciting projects, including Samsung Music and Samsung Sports.

I have a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Temple University, Tyler School of Art.

Hackbright Academy, Software Engineering Certificate (Full-Stack, Front-End focus).
